Cancer Causing Granite Counter Tops?
So my first flip house is finally on the market. What a journey that was. Naively so I thought the work was pretty much over. Time to let the agents do their jobs. We had a security system installed into the home due to unsavory individuals looking to find some tools at a discount. I was glancing through the footage and I heard an independent agent from a different company inform a potential buyer that granite countertops can cause cancer. Is this a real thing? Or am I an idiot for wasting my time typing this up?
