How does a agent license work?
Many times I heard that getting your license to view homes would be beneficial so I can view homes at my own convenience.
Can I get a license without working for a company?
If I have to work for a company, what type of agreement makes sense for a flipper?
If I have a license, can I become the buyer and seller for my flips?
Is it beneficial for a beginner flipper to have there license? I currently don't have enough going on where I'm too busy to act as my own agent, if thats even allowed.
