Need a few (?) RE agents for CO - mostly Rocky Mt areas

Greetings BP

I am looking to move to Colorado.  Don't know where yet so am hoping to connect with a few agents to help me learn about areas and find a place to live.  Am considering finding a fix/flip where I can live short term while I research/learn; but if the right place comes along . . . I'll jump!

Long term: I am primarily looking for mountain property w/ or w/o house; probably between 6000 and 8500 ft elev.  Thinking between 10 and 40 acres; somewhat remote is OK.  I am not  independently wealthy - so ski-resort areas are likely out!

I promise not to waste your time (or do my best not to!) - I realize this is kinda a wild card for anyone to spend much time on.
