House Hacking in Rhode Island
Hello everyone,
I am looking to house hack soon. I am struggling to put together a comprehensive criteria list. Are there any good links or tips that I could utilize to put together a strong criteria list? I am under the impression that this is one of the most important factors regarding the investing process and vetting properties.
I feel as if I do not have enough checklists or ways to eliminate houses from my criteria.
