Purchasing from the family of the deceased

Hello,

Very new to the investing game, I did a little driving for dollars yesterday and found a couple bucks laying around. I did a bit of research into some properties, one of which the owner passed in May of this year. How do you go about reaching out to the kids of the deceased to take this burden off their hands?

Thank you in advance for all your help!
