Tools for Project Management - Real Estate Investing

Hi BP Community,

My first post. I’m newer to the community and have been eating up the podcasts, blogs, and books so far. I’m just starting out and talking to a potential partner about finding our first property to invest into. I’ve hear of the Driving for Dollars app and Deal Machine that have been mentioned to help with leads and outreach. This seem like great tools. Does anyone know of an all in one or more comprehensive tool that would incorporate the functionality of Deal Machine with a CRM, with a project management tool. It seems like there’s a bunch of separate apps or software. Is there something you’d recommend?
