Rent to retirement experience
Hello All,
My husband and I have decided to start our rental property investment journey and decided to invest in a property via Rent to Retirement. However, from day one we haven’t had great experience with them. Wanted to see if anyone has similar experience?
We were told property is on hold for repairs and after that was resolved they haven’t sent us purchase contract despite following up with them several times. Meanwhile, we have already shopped around for mortgage. It is getting us worried.
Thanks,
Chaitali
