Seeking help with first BRRRR deal

Hey guys, so in doing more and more research, it appears my goal is to get my first purchase going as a BRRRR deal! If there are any experienced investors who have walked the path and would like to chat and share ideas and info, I would be very grateful! I'm located in southern california, but am looking to do it out of state. I have been thinking about some cities in Ohio as they seem to be very affordable for me which is appealing for my first deal. Thanks in advance!
