Anyone used Hipster Investments ?
Has anyone here be involved with Hipster Investments? If so, I'd love to hear about your experiences?
I'm looking for some handholding on my first deal or two and they were recommended.
Hi Carol!
There are several posts here in BP regarding Hipster Investments. Do a search and you would find them.
Best wishes in your new endeavor!
Hey Carol, sorry I missed this post. Awesome to hear someone recommended us! :) I'm happy to work with you directly for handholding, no problem! Feel free to reach out any time and let me know how I can help.
I do not know Ali or her company but, in response to some positive customer feedback about our company, she wrote some slanderous comments. She has no experience doing business with us and we have an excellent reputation. I’m not sure why anyone professional would do this. I have emailed her and asked her to give me a call to discuss.

Thats Odd Ali is usually pretty middle of the road and is just doing what your doing and that is selling real estate to investors. She did get her real estate license .. Do you have a real estate license to help these people buy properties.. ????

@Jay Hinrichs. Thats great. Our team is very well equipped to sell real estate to investors.
@Lynn Milos. Actually, I think she is a broker isnt she? We are not brokers.

Yes she is a broker and she needed to be so she was legal to sell investment properties to others
Just like you need one if your going to sell properties you don't own. or you don't have a significant ownership interest in the company that is selling the properties..
All of the Turn key companies of any size ( Maverick, Jason Hartman, Norada, Ali here etc etc) have a brokers license in the state they reside then will have referral arrangements with local brokers .. this keeps them all legal. To help people buy a property without being license is against the law in all states. Its the reason there is a Real Estate industry with Agents and Brokers.. Otherwise we would be just like China were there is no licenses to sell real estate anyone can do anything they want..

We have licensed people on our team but we also own the properties we sell.

OK so now your licensed and now your the owners.. As long as your the owners of the properties then good to go.
There is a ton of unlicensed activity around this business of reselling properties in other states IE starting an OOS marketing firm.
Hopefully you and ALI can work out whatever you think was slanderous that's a pretty serious accusation to put on the internet.

I come from a very customer centric background and have had several businesses. I work to build strong business relationships, which is why we have so many repeat RE Turnkey OOS buyers. If someone goes on the internet on a public forum and discredits positive customer feedback about our company, you can bet that I will question her professionalism and motive. Her comments were unfounded and unprofessional.

Hey Jay, thanks for your support! It means a ton. I have no idea what she's referring to. I definitely, as you say, try to stay middle of the road. I really appreciate that that's [usually] apparent... thanks for mentioning it!

Hi Lynn, sorry, I wasn't tagged in any of these posts so never saw them until now. I have no idea what comments you're referring to. I have never had any issues with Martel (I've even spoken with Antoine on the phone...we're neighbors, as it turns out!), and I've never even heard of anyone having a bad experience with Martel. There was a guy on here deceiving people into thinking he wasn't being paid referral fees by Martel when he clearly was, so I called him out, but otherwise I honestly have no idea what you're talking about.
