I had a few questions about wholesaling in Ohio if anyone has some feedback it would be appreciated.

1. Do i need a license?

2. As a beginner without a first deal should i do it on my own or start a business entity first such as an LLC?

3. I have been doing my research on the topic and i believe i understand it enough. But where do i find assignment contracts i can use? are there some here on BP?

4. If i find an on market deal how do i create an assignment contract with the listing agent?

5. If i am not close to that area how do i find a good escrow company and not have to attend closings?

Thanks in advance!
