Lending help- Want to buy from LLC

Hi everyone,

I need some input. I am looking to buy a property from an LLC that I will create. Full disclosure, I am buying/building a home with my girlfriend and it will not close until Sept/Oct. I want to know if this is doable? What steps do I need to take?
