First Potential Rental $1,000,000 AT 20 YEARS OLD
Hello Everyone, I posting this to get a little guidance on a spreadsheet I made for a 7 unit, multi-use property I'm looking to purchase. I've been studying how to budget for different expenses, and make calculations for real estate for a little over a year. Even with all my studying, I still don't feel 100% confident with what I'm doing cause I've never made real application of buying real estate before. As you probably already noticed, I attached a picture of my spreadsheet with very real numbers in it for the property I'm looking to buy. If someone could let me know what they think about it and If I need to change or add anything, I would greatly appreciate it!!!
