Seeking Advice for Flipping and Good Habits for Using OPM
Hello Bigger Pockets Community,
Today I am writing this post in hopes to seek some help with understanding and identifying good practices for fixing and flipping properties. My first question would be what are some key indicators for looking at a property, and knowing that it is even worth the effort of digging deeper. The second question I have would be, is it a good idea, or is it wise to purchase a flip in cash, and is that the appropriate way of thinking about getting started? Since I had recently gotten pre approval for starting in house hacking, and deciding to take some time, and try flipping first. Which brings me to the last part of this post which is, if you do have a potential person or persons that are interested in joining in the real estate venture, and are interested in partnering in projects what is the proper way to approach sorting something like that out? I would really appreciate any advise, and any pointers! And if there is by chance anything I might be able to help offer you, please let me know and I will do my best. Thank you for your time!
