Hello everyone, I am currently a sophomore in college and have been reading about real estate investing for around 6 months now. I have recently realized that wholesaling may be the best way for me to enter the game of real estate due to the low risk and barriers to entry. I have been looking into the St. Paul/West St. Paul area and have been surfing through sold properties on Zillow to try to get an idea of what homes typically sell for. I still need to get more familiar with the wholesaling process before I really start looking for deals, but I am not sure what my real next step should be. Any advice on where I should go moving forward or opinions on the market around here would be greatly appreciated.
