I am a recent graduate looking to invest in the Knoxville, TN and surrounding areas. If anyone is local and could help me with questions, I would greatly appreciate it. I am looking for great investment relators and other contacts to help me with the process.

@Jacob Webb

Did you graduate from UT? I'm currently away for the rest of the semester because I'm interning, but I'll be back in the Spring semester to finish up my degree.

Also, do you know what part of real estate you are interested in (flipping, buy and hold, wholesaling, etc.)?

    @Miller McSwain

    Thanks for the reply! I graduated this past spring from UTK and was looking to buy my first rental property, by house hacking if possible, but I’d also like to get into flipping as well. Any help you could give I’d really appreciate it! I don’t know much about the wholesaling aspect, but if it’s something that could help me in my process I’d like to learn. Thanks!

    @Jacob Webb

    That sounds awesome! Feel free to message me after the new year, and perhaps we can meet up in Knoxville.

    I'm in a similar situation to you. In the long term, I'm mostly interested in rentals (BRRRR in particular). However, I'm currently building a wholesaling business. I have all the tools/processes created and in place. When I get back to Knox, I'm going to hit the ground running!

    I hope to hear from you in the Spring!

    Yeah I’d love to meet up and talk with you! Good luck with your internship and I’ll be in touch sometime after the New year.
