First Rehab Anxiety
I’m a newbie in Jacksonville starting my first rehab on a duplex. A side from the normal amount of anxiety this is part of the process I know the least about. I’ve reached out in other forum subject for GC recommendations and I know asking dumb questions to them is unavoidable to certain extent...
Can anyone give me an outline or talking points to have while selecting contractors?
When and what permits do I need?
In the BRRRR book David Greene mentions having a contract where increments of the budget are paid periodically, can anyone provide a general outline for something like this?
What’s the typical order of process?
Never been so nervous lol. Any help is greatly appreciated
