Getting started in whole-selling need some help

Posted

Hi, Im just getting started. Ive learned wholesale from a friend of mine and watched some YouTube videos. I drove around Honolulu and found 20+ abandoned properties. Some of them might be potential for a wholesale deal. Or fix and flip.

I can get the address, name of owner and phone numbers, what should i do next? Call them and see if they are interested in selling or should i look up the value of the property first and then contact them with offer?

Ill really appreciate anyone who can help. Thank you!
