Which contracts do you use for wholesaling?
Hello everyone, I just recently started building a wholesaling business and have a question about the contracts. I have had people tell me to use the state specific purchase and sale agreement, however when I tried to acquire some of these, I was told I had to be a licensed real estate agent. I also met with a real estate attorney, and he said he could draw one up for me. I just don’t know what would be most economical, and really what is the best route to go. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks!
