Offers, Offers, Offers
Hi Guys!
I've begun to look at properties now, and a few interest me but not what they are currently advertised at, in this current stage of the market cycle what is appropriate to offer? Would as low as 90% of asking price be acceptable?
Also, is the best approach to send out as many offers as possible? Or would it be better to have a more targeted approach? I'm keen to get moving, but I also want to ensure I have a system that sticks within my defined parameters and ensures I don't live with buyers remorse.
Thanks for you help!
