Best options to invest cash in
I am wondering what people here would do if they found themselves with a decent amount of cash on hand but no current job to show proof of income to be able to qualify for a real estate loan? Wondering what my best options would be to get the most out of my money? I am in the Phoenix area a recent transplant from Southern California (where I was priced out of the market). I own a home in Phoenix and recently sold my home in California. I would like to invest the money and have some kind of income from it. Eager to hear what people would do in this situation.
