Aspiring Investor seeking collaboration in Arizona

Hello everyone!

I've been working in an IT career for 20+ years and I've lost my passion for it and I now find all of my attention turning to Real Estate. I've been reading and researching heavily for the past 12 months and I've found that there is an abundance of information, but also a lack of true guidance. Scams and sharks abound. Furthermore, it also seems like so many people are trying to get into this that it has become more difficult for the average guy like me to get started.

I may be at the beginning of my journey, but I'm in this for the long-term, and I believe that I have the skills and the mindset to be successful. I'm good with people, I'm good with strategy and analysis, I'm true to my word, I'm organized and meticulous, and I'm genuinely interested in taking a "mutually beneficial" approach.

My goal is to build an investment-property portfolio with a value north of $100m within the next 15 years -ideally, with partners.

I would learn best from an experienced partner. So, what I'm hoping to find with this post is a someone trustworthy who would be willing to show me the ropes; a like-minded soul who can appreciate how overwhelming it can be to get started. Perhaps someone who had help when they were starting out and is looking to "pay it forward" by collaborating with a newbie.

Cheers,

--Christopher
