Fix and Flip Cinnaminson NJ

Just curious to know if we have anyone who has fixed and flipped in cinnaminson Nj? I have some buy and holds in Philadelphia. But Pa and NJ are completely different when it comes to permits and things of that nature. Anyone with experience in this area?
