What do you want to learn more about? - San Diego

Hello Fellow San Diegans,

I had a lot of you reach out based on my last post regarding not paying for real estate education when starting out.  I got quite a bit of push back, understandably. But I met with quite a few of you in person, others through texts, phone calls, emails and some private messages as well.  Some of the individuals I met with shared their horror story of being duped in some guru seminar and losing thousands and others spending 10s of thousands.

I would like to try to help those who want to learn more about real estate get the knowledge and guidance they need without having to spend any money.  Based on the amount of feedback I have received, it would make sense to do sessions or round tables with groups that have similar interest on specific topics they want to learn more about.  I can try to arrange these groups/sessions and find individuals/experts that have experience in each topic and willing to speak for free.  Also, I will find areas or venues where we can meet without having to pay anything.

If you would like to learn more about real estate and/or specific tops within real estate for free and not be sold on more education afterwards please leave a comment or send me a pm.  Let me know what topic(s) you would be interested in and I will do my best to arrange these if I get enough interest.   These would have to take place within San Diego County.
