First time investment
Hello everyone,
First time so just trying to get opinions on potential investment to make sure I'm making the right move. First buy is a single family town house buying for 50k, needs about 10k worth of work possibly going to rent section 8 taxes are 2500 ARV is between 68-77k based on comaparables rent is 1200-1400 for same type of property. Second property same area different neighborhood is a turnkey duplex renting for 1000 a month from each side so 2k total. With a little negotiating I'm looking to get it for 125k max, taxes are 5500 with a assessed value based on comparables of 140-150k just looking for opinions. Appreciate any advice thanks
