Hey guys, this isn't a question or anything. I just thought I'd let you all know you're going to crush it in real estat, I hope the best for all of you, and I'm thankful for what I'll I've learned from Bigger Pockets, whether it be the forum or an actual book. So thanks guys and have a great day
