seller breaching contract to close
Hello,
I have a 3-family under contract in Clifton , NJ. The seller is stalling. The time of Essence period finishes tomorrow and he is not showing signs of closing. My lawyer says he does not do litigation. What are my option? How do I get compensated for my time and the tie up of my deposit money? Any suggestions for a good lawyer for this in NJ? Please send me your valuable suggestions. Never had to do this before
Thank you
