I am taking the into to real estate class at a university and have a class assignment to get feedback from

1. Someone in real estate (broker, agent, property manager, construction or developer)

2. Someone in finance ( banker, stockbroker, accountant)

willing to answer these questions

1. Who do you blame for the great recession of 2008 and the impact it had on our country? Rank the blame (1-6) most to least.  Why do you blame your #1 choice and why do you blame your #6 the least

government

consumers

realtors

lenders

wall street

secondary market (mortgage recyclers)

   2. Are there any other entities or individuals to which you attribute responsibility for this economic crisis?  Why?

   3. Do you think the new administration and Congress are improving or hurting the economy?

If you are willing to answer these questions in this forum please do.Please include your job title. Thank you!!!!!!
