Entrepreneur or Real Estate
Im 22 years old and want to become and Entrepreneur and Real Estate investor. I just graduated college and work for corporate making a decent salary. I have always wanted to be an entrepreneur. My main question is should I save to invest in a business first or invest in real estate first?

@Phillip Kim So...ummm...my advice: keep your corporate marketing job. I personally don't think people set out to "be an entrepreneur" rather they want to own a hair salon, build a property management company, etc. The "be an entrepreneur" side of the equation is a necessary part of achieving their goal...but not the goal itself. If you're passionate about being an entrepreneur I could always be glib and say "buy a Subway franchise!" But that makes no sense if you hate sandwiches with a passion :-)
Figure out what it is that you want to do. If you know the business you want to build, go for it. If you want to work a corporate job and be a passive real estate investor, go for it. If you want to be a real estate agent and open your own firm down the road, go for it. There are literally hundreds of avenues for you to go down. None of them are objectively wrong or bad.
What *is* wrong is for me to tell you what you should be passionate about. It just doesn't work that way.
