Good evening,

Is there anyone in the SF bay area that would like to connect and discuss real estate wholesaling?  I'm sending out my second round of mailers (600).  Handwriting them on yellow pad of paper in red ink.  I'm an avid BP podcast listener as well as Sean Terry's podcast.  My goal is to get a deal as soon as possible.  "Together we can achieve more."
