Novice Investor Starting Out
I have been reading the forums and all the books from BiggerPockets for the past couple weeks. What I am really wanting to find out is what advantage does having a Realtors License give me over another investor? I understand that I would have access to the MLS, but is that the only advantage?
Thanks in advance for any information/input
