What steps should i be taking as a newbie
Hello everyone ! I am just starting to get into bigger pockets and real estate in general. I've seen a lot of people with so many inspiring stories on here and im so excited to start. I've been listening to the podcasts, and just started reading the ultimate beginners guide. I have a fulltime job and go to school part time so i use whatever free time i have to study real estate. Some of the questions i have are.
1) Where can I go to learn how to analyze property or determine what differentiates a good deal from a bad one ? As of now i mainly just go on zillow and look up local properties in the inland empire, riverside county or san bernardino county.
2) Does anyone have any advice on how I could find a mentor in my area, i figure the best way to learn is to model someone that's already doing it.
3) Are there any local meet ups in the inland empire or orange county ? Id really like to meet people and person and hear their stories.
4) As a noob with a full time job and not much money yet (not enough to buy in CA) what do you guys recommend i do to get started ? I should probably mention that I currently rent an apartment (never purchased property before)
appreciate any and all feed back thank you guys !
