Has anyone dealt with buying and selling land in a foreign country? I am talking to a guy that is selling his land, but I have no clue on where to start.

The property is in Trinidad. I saw the owners post on FB and he needed help selling it. I personally wouldn't buy it myself, but there might be others out there that would.
