Good morning BP members, my name is Ava and I am new to BP and an embryo to real estate. I am working on creating a strong team of people to jump off my business. Meany of us are military and have A type personalities, which work great for getting work done but not so great when everyone wants to lead instead of follow. I am looking for a good scope of work template to use to iron out responsibilities and expectations. Also looking for investors in the Oklahoma area looking to work with flippers.
