House flipping
hi, my name is Terrell Kennedy from north Philadelphia and I was interested in fixing up house and selling them. I would like the steps necessary to becoming a good real estate investor. I was hoping for a mentorship if it's any available
Hello @Terrell Kennedy I'm a wholesaler in Philly. Are you looking in a specific area? I have a few deals i can send you for consideration if you would like. Also, Ill be at my current fix and flip in West Philly if you'd like to come passed and pick my brain momentarily I would mind.

Hey Terrell, you're in the right spot. First step is read, read, read on this site and listen to podcasts. Also, get out there and meet people, tell them what you want to do. I guarantee someone you know has real estate investments of some kind. Can you get a job related to real estate? Agent, construction, insurance, appraiser? Go to meetups and REIA's. Last, don't pay for any courses, classes, seminars, etc. There's enough knowledge on this site to get you started. Good luck!

Hey Terrel,
Look around your neighborhood and try to find out who are the people buying and managing real estate. Most people won't respond to a "Will you be my mentor?" question. Try to bring something to the table, offer to take pictures or clean a unit, compile a list of HUD houses in your zip code, walk your neighborhood looking for "For Sale By Owner Houses".

Thanks but I'm still in the learning stages that why I asked for a mentor or at least some to I could shadow
