I am new to REI, and I want to get started ASAP!!! What are some tips on REI without using my own money or credit?

 Get your real estate licence and start selling property....

More seriously, what experience, skills and talent do you bring to the table?  If you will not - or cannot - bring capital into a deal, then you need to be able to provide sufficient value that others will ... and will allow you to invest it on their behalf.

    @Roy N. Great info...Im actually studying for my RE license now. I hear a lot about not using your own money and "using other people's money" to invest. Im just not sure how to go about it. I see your point though...Thanks!
