BRRR: How do you tell which house in a neigbhorhood is the worst?
When a House looks good on the outside and is not boarded up and is indistinguishable from other houses on the outside, how does one determine if it is one of the worst or the worst house in the neighborhood and could benefit from rehabbing and the BRRR method? Is this done by reviewing what needs to be done on the inside? Can this be done by looking at pictures remotely and/or with an inspector or is it best to see the inside of the house in person?
