What's the real deal on property expenses?
I am thinking of buying a duplex close to my existing home. The deal seams ok with a little cosmetics (paint, gutters, lawn). I've ran the numbers and they seem good with plenty of room for cash flow. My question is " what are the real life expenses (unseen) of owning a buy and hold rental" that can turn a dream into a nightmare?
