Property management software and math?

Hi guys. I have recently started a prop mgmt biz. It's going well and I have a few clients. I'm using RentPost as my backend software. But I'm finding this is more for so the owner and tenant can play along with what's going on. And it's becoming quickly obvious that I need a good piece of software on my computer that can do all the math for me. Up until now I'm basically doing it all myself with a calculator.

So I'm looking for a local system that I can compute all the math and then I will basically mirror it over into RentPost. I have looked at the basics like quickbooks and etc but they don't seem to be set up for something like owners, tenants, and vendors.

So can you all give me some advice please? I have a very strong understanding of being a landlord but my backend mgmt needs some work. Thanks!
