Hi everybody! Im new to biggerpockets and i am really interested in wholesaling. I really get the big picture on how a deal is structured and executed but my question is, what properties do i need to look for? Does it matter? Does it to be distressed? Or is that just for rehabbing? Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks all!
