Is it worth buying a duplex in SF?
I am 23 years old and about to graduate college in May. I want to live in SF but can not afford the rent. The job that I have an offer for is offering 50k a year base salary. I was thinking about buying a duplex and living in one side with my gf while renting out the other side. I am concerned that if I buy i will be buying right when the housing bubble will burst. Any insight and suggestions?
