Group Investing Risks and Downfalls

Hello,

Tale as old as time, friends who want to invest in real estate together. Of course we're different but we do recognize the massive risks involved investing together. We want to do it right, form the LLC, and divy up ownership appropriately. Does anyone have advice or resources to look at?
