I am planning to do some flipping projects in the South Bay. My target purchase price is under $1.7M and prefer cosmetic fix to start with. Looking to connect with investor friendly agent who can work together.

2. Do you own any other properties in the South Bay?

3. What type of financing or cash are you using to purchase?

4. Do you have any partners or other decision makers in this endeavor?

5. If you price is under $1.7m, what rehab budget do you want to stay under, and what profit are you looking for?

Thanks for your response! I was also trying other approaches such as referrals. Just thought posting here would be another option. I do have answers to those questions and a specific buy box.
