Clever Summit 2024 or BPCON 2024

Hello. I am starting out in real estate and would like to network with people. I am interested in joining the Clever Summit 2024 conference or the BPCON 2024 conference. I only have money to go to only one of these two conferences. As a result of this, I am torn between the Clever Summit 2024 conference or BPCON 2024 conference. Which of these two conferences do you recommend I go to and why? Any input/feedback is greatly appreciated.

If you are starting out, Clever Summit has very affordable tickets and will help start networking with others. BPCON will be rather costly, considering you need to fly to Mexico and the tickets start at $1739 if you are a pro member. Having said that, BPCON probably will be a much larger event than Clever Summit.

As with any conference, I would take into consideration the total cost. 

- Conference ticket/registration

- Hotel Room

- Flight + other transportation

- Meals on-site, etc

Conference experience costs are much more than just the registration fee. 

That being said, the BiggerPockets Conference is all-inclusive this year. The package includes:

- 3 nights at a 5-star, all-inclusive resort 

- All food and drink

- Access to 3 keynotes and 60+ speakers and breakout sessions and guided networking 

- 3 evening events 

- Networking breakfast x2 and Networking lunch x2

- Access to the exhibit hall, and more! 

The only thing not included are flights and transportation to and from the resort, which is only about 15 minutes away.
