The Flip Secrets

Hi everyone - 

New to BiggerPockets and looking to get my feet wet in REI. I've been doing some research and after some time, have come across The Flip Secrets. Does anyone have any experience with this program, good or bad, that they can share? Any thoughts would be welcome.

Thanks for the response and looking forward in working together. My wife and I did a lot of research, attended live sessions, and I connected with some current and former students and got positive feedback.
