Creating Generation wealth

My mother unfortunately, became a widower last year and was left with a few properties that includes 2 homes that maybe beyond repair and empty lot. It’s a very small town with rent average $850/monthly and YOY change -$80. Any ideas for low income housing?

Do you mean to rebuild for low-income housing? In the case of inheritance, sometimes the best thing to do is to just sell them off and get what you can get so you can move on. I've had countless conversations with heirs who spent a long time trying to figure out how to make money off of land or buildings, but without experience, and never got anywhere a year later.

you should read more into low income housing. if the place is already beat up, just clean it up. low income housing is constant management. fix it up.
