Proof Of Funds Company?
I haven’t closed my first deal yet. I was sooo close though; But the agent told me when she called the number attached to the pof letter it went to voicemail. So when I called the company they said I had to pay $595 fee that might be refundable depending on if I close the deal or not. Is that normal? Does anybody know a company that doesn’t ask for money upfront to verify proof of funds?

You should never pay for a proof of funds letter
