Running Comps (new to wholesaling)

Posted

Hey guys, new wholesaler here. I was wondering what you guys use to run comps? I have started using Redfin, but I don't have many sold properties with pictures to determine if the sold properties were flipped. Zillow does the same thing. I tried Trulia and Realtor.com as well. The description leaves me guessing if the properties are really flipped or not. I reached out to the Real estate agents who sold the property and didn't get a reply.

What do you guys personally use when using comps?
