Commercial Real Estate
My names Yuri, I don’t have my license yet for real estate. But I’m thinking of going into Commercial Real Estate. I was wondering how does it work when writing contracts?? Also when creating the contract and I offer to the tenant they can stay there and propose the monthly rent for them do I get paid off that as well?? Or does the broker profit off that?? Its just things that have been on my mind.
Thank you for your time!!

Quote from @Yuri Mohan:
You'll have to be licensed to earn a commission on real estate transactions. If you are licensed, then you can negotiate the lease and negotiate what your fee will be for procuring the renter.
