I Passed!!! Now what?
Hi Everyone! So, I am a full time teacher and in the last year got very interested in real estate. I LOVE the idea of investing and even tried the wholesaling for a bit. However, I felt I needed more knowledge and credibility. I now have passed and am awaiting my confirmation via mail any day now.
I want to quit teaching and start full time with Real Estate ( in the next few months). I need some practical How To knowledge on getting started. Any and all advice welcome and appreciated!!

I would think being a full time teacher is rewarding, no? Also took a 4yr degree, a lot of expense and licensing to obtain?
It is super super difficult to qualify for loans without a job. Having a license to sell RE is nice if you want to do that full time or purchase more than about 4 places a year, but the course work and training you just went through have very little to do with actual investing.
I would finish out the school year and dabble in RE before actually quitting teaching mid-year @Account Closed You can always decide to quit over the summer. My $.02
