What is your Salary from your REI Business?

Question for those who actually have a RE business... how much of your earnings do you take? Do you pay yourself as a salaried employee or do you just withdraw money as needed? Do you take a certain dollar amount (i.e. enough to cover my bills), or a certain precentage? does the remaining amount of profit sit in savings or do you immedietly put a percentage of profits back into your business? TIA for an responses!
